My Roles
Co-Founder, Co-Owner, researcher. As one of two primary participants in the development of the company, I have been an integral part of Harlan Grains research. For the past three growing seasons, I have helped select, plant, harvest, and process 100+ small grain varieties of barley, wheat, oats, rye, sorghum, buckwheat, emmer, spelt, and khorasian wheat.
